Fall really is my favorite time of year for so many reasons! The cooler weather, less humidity, beautiful colors, soup, apples, and on and on and on!
I must say though that fall can also be a time of increased stress. Whether it's heading back to school or work after a lighter schedule in the summer, getting your gardens cleared out and all of the bounty preserved for winter, or getting the taxes paid, the heating fuel delivered, the last minute construction projects finished, phew. It can feel like a lot.
It's a good time to remember to take a little time for yourself and balance out the stress of life!
